Sometimes, when you wonder why there are 500 screaming kids in your neighborhood when you get home at midnight, and then wonder why police activity closed the 181st Street subway stop, much to your chagrin, a Tumblr search of “Washington Heights” gives you the answers you are looking for.
I should have walked down the street and joined in. Ha!
Today at DIRECTIONS: T 11pm
A train to 181st st.
Walk down 181st which turns into Plaza Lafayette towards Riverside Drive (past Cabrini)
Make a right at Riverside Drive
Cross the green bridge, and follow the path into the park.
